When a strange man accosted Jeff Munro on the street, Jeff thought he was being harangued by a lunatic, or a bum, or a mugger. The man refused to give his name, simply stating that he was running for his life, and that Munro was the only hope for saving the world!
What the Running Man knew was incredible and horrifying. Before the night was over, the stranger was dead, and Jeff had to believe. He had to find a way to destroy the evil power that was loose in the world, a power capable of ruling the entire Universe!
