Apart from the inclusion of Blu-Ray-exclusive deleted scenes and documentaries (plus BD-enabled supplements like picture-in-picture video tracks and trivia games), the runtime of every episode and movie is exactly the same on the DVDs as they are on the BDs. All extended cuts are included in both versions, too.
