Van Ritch has written a book that will take law enforcement surveillance capabilities to another level. The techniques from mission planning to execution are detailed and easily understood. This is NOT ANOTHER TACTICAL BOOK that most in special operations have already read. This is a book that will open the parameters for tactical surveillance and intelligence gathering.
