I bought this exact hairdryer 3 or 4 years ago and LOVED it. Recently it started to get overheated easily. I have to dry my hair on the highest heat for it to actually get straight and that started to overheat the hair dryer. I didn't want to spend the money on a new one, but I get so much use out of it I decided to suck it up and just replace it.
It was great to find it here on Amazon for cheaper than what I paid in the salon the first time around.

When I first got this hair dryer, it was fabulous and did a great job of drying my long hair. Sadly, after only about 3 months of use, the switch broke when turning it on. My husband (he's a mechanical engineer) took it apart and found it had some very thin plastic parts inside which were part of the switch that just gave out. One piece had broken into little parts, and there was no way to fix it. Unfortunately, I had thrown away my receipt and also couldn't return it because it was taken apart. So it was a total loss for me. I really liked this Rusk hair dryer when it was operational, but it wasn't durable enough.
