I purchased four of these tops to replace previous Russell tank tops. They are NOT the same, thinner material. cheaper material not as soft more synthetic. The collar comes up higher and the sleeve openings are smaller because the staps are wider. Normally my Russell (age) get softer and more pliable. These don't. To sum it up (outsourcing) these feel like the Chinese new and improved version. Go with a different brand.

These are great shirts -- they fit well and are comfortable.

I've worn and washed the shirts about twice a week for nearly 9 months now and the durability is pretty good -- not much deformation and the fabric doesn't pill up.

5'7 155 pounds in good shape. The medium fits perfect after a wash. It does run a bit longer than the older ones, just about 2 inches under my waist, so it's not a problem. I prefer these for working out/playing basketball than regular A shirts because they give a looser fit. Wish they were only cheaper, as the material is not as thick as it used to be, but all in all they are pretty good.

I have used these for over a year and find them to be very durable with a good fit(XXL).I like that they are medium weight and not too heavy. Easy wash and care. I like the tag on the outside. I just bought 5 more. Inexpensive($5.60 in XXL + free shipping)with a large variety of sizes and colors. I recommend these highly.

These shirts are too tightly woven and heavy. Have no give to them, and don't like the shape.

this russell shirt is advertised as 100% cotton and is in fact 53% polyester and 47% cotton. if you like to work out in a plastic shirt you will be very happy. if, however, you need a 100% cotton shirt, do not buy.

As you can see even in their picture, you can see right through the shirt. Don't you hate it when your nipples show? The white is the only color that has this problem.

I bought probably around 10 of these in variety of colors. don't try to buy this as a gift for a friend or something unless you're really cheap!! in that case buy a bottle of wine or something! but as far as quality goes it's decent, I've wash them every week and they look the same. I mostly use them at the gym or at home or going to the beach n stuff and honestly it does the trick just fine. Obviously having a nice muscular body definitely helps promote the shirt! ;)

My only complaint it that this is way, way too long, it's stops at my knees, too long to use. I thought I see if it would shrink after washing but it's still just silly long. I'm glad I only ordered one. It does make a good cleaning rag :)

For the most part I have enjoyed this tank, but the problem with this tank is that the one I got is not the one shown in the picture. This tank should be used for excercise and not for a lay around shirt because the collar stretches a lot when you wear it too long. A person should buy 2-3 if they want it to keep them in good shape. I've had mine for about year and a lot and they are very comfortable.
