These are well constructed and make nice dividers, but they are a little too thick for the mini binder if you want to put pages and calendars in there too. Great quality, and they look great, but I think this style would be more useful in a full size binder.
These Russell+Hazel pockets are designed for the mini binders - I use the kind that are designed to hold 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch paper. I love to use the smaller binders because they are so easy to handle and store, so I organize my various work and home projects in a series of them. Because I use so many of them, I'm always looking for new inserts to use in them, and these attractive pockets are a nice addition to my collection. Each pocket is 6 5/8 x 8 3/8 inches, so they are a bit wider than most accessories I use in mini binders. Because they are wider, they can also be used as dividers. Each of the pockets has a different colored stripe on the edge, so they actually work quite well as dividers. I also appreciate that they have pockets on both sides, which I think all pockets should.
I have a few minor issues with these pockets. First, I was surprised that even though the pockets are made of paper (nice card stock), they are not reinforced at the holes. Second, the pockets are rather shallow - a bit over 3 1/2nches deep - so I hesitate to put taller items into them. Third, they are very pricey for paper pockets. I'm glad I purchased Russell+Hazel Mini Paper Pockets as they look great in my mini binders, but at this cost, I wouldn't buy more of them.
