This is one the best (I mean quality of material) Bibles in Russian I had to hold in my hand. Leather covering isn't thin; it does really protect a Bible. Text of course is on smallish size, but it is very contrasty and legible, paper is thin but not overly so-it's just perfect. Translation is what is considered to be the best- synodiecal, no nonsense new translation, read the Bible as it was read in former Soviet Union or Russia starting from 1876. Also, it seems that in Russia they finally learned how to make quality product.
