The book was neither poor nor inspirational. Most of the works look like what you would see in a book containing a variety of styles from different eras. If your focus is to have glass from Russia, you will probably be satisfied. For a lover of decorative glass it will be disappointing. I have found that some Russian decorative art works are improvements over French and German initial designs. The Russians don't like to be second best. But this book just did not search out the best. I suggest that you get a library copy before buying.
