I hate this seller because they just sent me a different title from what I wanted, and did not reply to me for at least 2 weeks since I first lodged my complaint. Dear seller, what would you feel if you receive an orange from a seller after you paid for an apple? and how do you feel if you request refund or return of the book but there is just a dead silence from the seller? What would Amazon do for me to take care of the purchase, even though I paid but did not receive what I intended to buy? Does Amazon treasure customers who had been paying Amazon for numerous items for at least 5 years? Although there are many items on my wish list right now, I would never conduct any purchase until Amazon assist me on the refund or return of the wrong title. I did wanted to skip this complaint but right now you leave yourself no chance. I promise you that I will lodge my complaint in whatever channels on line I could to ask people never buy items from you again. I just feel that you Seller is irresponsible and helpless, and I feel deeply regret that you maltreat your customer. Why don't you shut down your business onlline and stop doing further damage to customers who browse at Amazon. I have zero confidence in you.
