I purchased these for my father as a gift, since he was a specialist in Russian history and language/culture. These matroyshkas were perfect for him. They are wonderfully painted (by hand) and truly a work of art. These dolls are well worth the price and very quick shipping and terrific communication with the seller . These are beautifully made authentic dolls. It takes a few weeks to get since they are mailed from Russia, but well worth the wait. I hope these become available again.
