This is a great book for beginners and experienced alike. Although I was hoping for a more scientific breakdown of the Russian Martial Art. This book is more of a mind set into RMA, and ways to go about training your psyche. Still better then all of the "Here is my Systema story" books out there. Sad that it is out of print I would recommend it to anyone studying this fine art.

The type of biomechanical information utilized by Systema is invaluable to anyone who has a body. It's terribly unfortunate that it isn't systematized (really) anywhere. For more information, check out Scott Sonnon's BodyFlow book, or the Pramek website.
