Didn't want to put runners on my laminate wood stairs....this product provides a somewhat dull but antislip surface to the stairs so the dog won't slip on them. Easy does it on the application though...too much and it will run or pool...best to try it out on a blank piece of laminate to perfect your technique before going at the whole stairway.
