Works great and easy to apply.

Really effective when used with the companion paint - this primer does a great job of binding your wood surfaces and the paint.

This is a great product, but didn't realize it was available at Lowes.

This primer worked great on my boat. Easy to apply and sands easily. I was able to primer all of the area above the water line of an 18' boat with one quart of this primer. Highly recommended.

Product when applied, did a fantastic job. Must wait 5-7 days before using topcoat. Took about 6 days to dry at my home. Thank you.

I used this primer on a teardrop camper i built this past winter. It smells to high heaven and back so open your doors but it sealed up the wood and thats what matters to me.

Use a reducer and watch the temperature and humidity. Use a good brush and short nap roller. Use a flow control thinner to help it lay down with out brush strokes. Works great on my 30 year old 40 ft. fiberglas boat.

Brushed it on fiberglass and it covered very well. After a short time it leveled out leaving no brush marks. Will buy again.

I have been using rustoleum on my boat for a couple of years now and it holds up very well. The new marine paint is great and a whole lot cheaper than standard marine paint. My boat is used in salt water and it is a open boat so the painted surfaces get a lot of weather. It has held up well and it is easy to apply. I will continue to use it for all my boating needs. You don't have a great variety of colors but they have what I need. As with all painting the prep and the priming says how good the paint will hold up. I used Rustoleum primer and paint both. Great products.

I have a 14' sears gamefisher and half of this can covered the entire boat. It's easy to apply with roller/brush tip method, took me about an hour to do my whole boat.

Frankly, this was one of the least expensive fiberglass boat primers I could find. I used it to fix a ding above the water line. I will probably use this primer when I repaint my entire boat.
