5.0 out of 5 stars Great for those of us who love to spray paint
This is a really handy little gadget. You pop it onto the top of a regular spray paint can, an voila, you don't get your fingers messy with paint and it also reduces hand fatigue. Love this considering I have a penchant for spray painting! Well worth the few dollars to not have painted hands.

Purchased this to make redoing my tubs easier. Depressing a spray paint top is like keeping your finger on a stiletto heel under pressure for over 45 minutes. Not the most comfortable position, ... if it's for spray painting.

Purchased this to make redoing my tubs easier. Depressing a spray paint top is like keeping your finger on a stiletto heel under pressure for over 45 minutes. Not the most comfortable position, ... if it's for spray painting.

The product works great until the little tabs that hold the Spray Grip to the can start to deform. When the tabs deform, the Spray Grip no long grips the can, and it is liable to fall out when you squeeze the trigger.

I finished the last 10 minutes of the tub spraying with my finger. At least it saved my finger for the bulk of the job.

You would probably want to make sure the place where you buy has a good return policy, as YMMV.

Be aware that you do need to use a little finesse with snapping it on and off the spray paint can. But it is easy once you get the hang of it. Don't be afraid to use a little force.

1.0 out of 5 stars Doesn't work, November 23, 2009
This review is from: Rust-Oleum 243546 Standard Spray Grip (Tools & Home Improvement)
I purchased this thinking it would be easy to use and reusable. It didn't work and when I went to put it on you have to press down which got paint all over my hands.
