I have painted several items around my house with a particular paint color. I went to stores and discovered that the color was no longer available. I wrote the manufacturer of the paint and their courteous customer service representative suggested I go to Amazon.com. Yep! I found both the spray paint and the canned paint in the color I had previously used and was able to "stock up" for future use. I always shop Amazon.com now!! If it's not there, then it's no where.

We love this product for our outdoor furniture. It is easy to put on and lasts for a good long time!
We like the fact that it is a matte finish. Alot of the paints are glossy and the appearance is not as rich as this London Grey (looks like chocolate brown) finish. It also goes well with all the natural colors of the outdoor as opposed to the usual black.

This is a great black color with just the right amount of sheen. Not glossy yet not flat. Provided good coverage but I did need about 3 coats for the picture frames I was painting.

Years ago interior drawer dividers could be purchased in a soft tan that was well matched to natural wood furniture interiors. Lately, all I can find them in is bright white...which, to me, is very ugly. In trying to find a color to repaint the dividers, I came across Rust-Oleum's American Accents Soft Wheat color in a fast drying satin finish. This color is well matched to natural wood cabinet interiors, and the paint itself is extremely easy to paint with. It is fast drying, comes out with a nice dull satin finish as advertised, and is easy to spray without getting runs and sags while covering the drawer-divider interior cavities. I've provided a customer image that shows the dividers, which have been in use now for four years with no signs of scratching or pealing away from the plastic dividers.

I finally used up my first can of Soft Wheat this summer painting add-ons in my new natural wood color bathroom cabinet interiors. When I when to replace the paint, I found that I could no longer find the Rust-Oleum's American Accents Soft Wheat color locally here in southern California...so I ordered a new can for future projects from Amazon...who still has it.

I hope Rust-Oleum continues to make it...it's a Great paint!

My wife bought a small can of this paint at a hobby store to paint some picture frames for her office, been looking and looking for a blue to paint the shutters on our house and finally found close to what we had in mind in this blue, love the satin finish also, although it is a touch on the glossy side for a satin. Ordered one can from amazon to make sure it was the same color. It was the same and liked the shutter that I painted so much ordered several more cans to do the rest of the shutters and also do the front door. Shutters look great, haven't got the door done yet. Just wish that Rust-Oleum would put the better quality adjustable spray nozzle on their products,that some manufacturers use, instead of the cheap one that this product has, it would make application so much nicer. Cant believe it would make that much difference in price either. By the way the picture frames look great also.

Goes on very nicely with a beautiful gloss. The color is an absolutely beautiful shade of dark blue. I would recommend getting a few cans because it does take a few coats to get a nice, even color.

This is the best red color for at home projects. I have used it for bookcases, end tables and beds. I don't know why the manufacturer has closen to stop making it, but I cannot find it on any store shelves anymore. Which is why I looked for it on e-bay as I was in the middle of a project and had run out of this particular color. The reds on the shelves today are too bright and too glossy.

The cans of spray paint purchased did not work well at all - they dispensed only a very small amount of paint before losing pressure completely. My guess is that the items were well beyond their sell-by date or had been stored improperly.

Will likely not purchase this type of item from Amazon again in the future.

I purchased a couple of the small jars of the American Accent paint for use on a model. The paint didn't cover at all. 3 coats and it is still transparent. A truely wretched product. Maybe the spray covers better but it doesn't brush worth a d**n.
