Format: Audio CD
Rusty delivers the goods on one of his last and best recordings. His playing here is harmonically advanced beyond rhythm & blues, making this one of his strongest jazz efforts. On five of the six songs, Bryant (who sticks throughout to tenor) is assisted by trombonist Gary Carney, pianist Bobby Floyd, electric bassist Terry Binns, and drummer Joe Ong, all local musicians from Columbus, OH. They also perform outstandingly.

Not a thing wrong with this swingin' date! Bob Porter of WBGO in Newark NJ used to end his jazz show every day with the title track, and after many years would say that he still got people calling on the phone, saying "What is this???? How can I get it???"

I have owned the LP for many years and still have not tired of it. If you like straight-ahead jazz, you will absolutely love this album. Buy it! 'Nuff said.
