From the outside looking in, Adon is winning the race we call the game. He's a member of an elite organization called The Convolution and the epitome of Money and Power. However, he does not have closure in the tragic death of his parents. For years he has been fighting nightmares even prescription drugs could not rid. The sudden disappearance of his ex-girl and their beloved daughter only add fuel to the fire. His right hand, Shamrock, is 80 percent action and 20 percent thought. For him, the answer to any problem usually ended with a body. The two of them complimented each other well. But when the only man that Adon has pledged his allegiance to, Nitty Calhoun, proves with deceit that Shamrock is a Judas, Adon is forced to take fatal action against the only friend he ever had. Unfortunately, for Nitty, his trickery comes to a halt when a surviving member from his past surfaces and divulges critical facts to Adon. Subsequently, he declares war and the city is set ablaze by his fury!

About the Author
Rumont TeKay was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. While his back was against the wall and hope was bleak, he found solace in the elements of another writer's storylines. His inspiration flared and Rumont TeKay put his mighty pen to paper and hasn t let up since. Through it all, he has learned that hope never dies just as long as one breathes life into it.

A Riveting Debut!,

Adon Cutti has made a name for himself on the streets. As a member the elite crime syndicate called The Convolution, Adon has access to a lot of money and power. But the one thing that he just can't get to the bottom of is who is responsible for the murder of his parents. To make matters worse, Adon's ex-girlfriend and his daughter have suddenly disappeared and he becomes concerned about their whereabouts. Shamrock is Adon's right hand man and friend. They both work together to rule the streets. But that may come to an end when Adon's mentor Nitty Calhoun tells him that Shamrock shouldn't be trusted. Adon now is forced to make a hard decision that he doesn't want to make. Nitty finds himself in a bind when someone from his past suddenly appears back on the scene and ready to expose some disturbing information to Adon.
The Ruthless Dictator is a riveting page-turner by Rumont Tekay. Tekay pulls you in to this story from the very first page. You see how Adon's chaotic childhood still affected him as an adult. You will feel the wide range of emotions from Adon as he tries to figure out who he can trust. One of the main themes of this book is how the people that are the closest to you may be the ones that do you the most harm. There are a lot of twists, scandal, and shocking revelations in this story that will definitely delight readers. The ending of this book could make a little room for a sequel or it could be left as is. Good character development, a unique storyline, non-stop action and drama is what makes The Ruthless Dictator a must read for any urban fiction fan. In the debut novel The Ruthless Dictator by Rumont Tekay, readers will be introduced to Adon Cutti a young man with a lot of money, power and respect. This is something that has been passed down from his father and the underworld organization called Convulution which I would define as the mob, but the street credibility-think the CMB from New Jack City but way more powerful- Convulution takes organized crime to another level in this novel.
Adon is a young man with a lot of responsibilities to his organization ,with this high title of power comes times when one has to make decisions and as the saying goes it is business never personal- well almost in this tale. The Ruthless Dictator is a story of loyalty and at the end of the day there can only be one man standing. Adon is an unwavering man who ultimately doesn't want to hurt anyone- except those who may have crossed him. As an adult he still has nightmares of his parent's untimely demise that he is often haunted by. Those demons truly haunt him and all the Prozac in the world can't cure him. He is seeking answers but some things are best left unsaid. This book was a sexy, action filled drama that will leave readers wanting more and eagerly anticipating the characters' next move. Loyalty will be tested especially when Adon finds out that his partner in crime Shamrock is also the same person plotting on his downfall. Like Biggie once rapped about Mo' Money...Mo' Problems. Not only does he have that on his plate to worry about but his ex and only child have vanished without a trace. As if that isn't enough Adon has the big boss Nitty breathing down his neck but not for the obvious reasons, there are certainly stories within stories and they all are brilliantly tied together to keep a reader engrossed. The Ruthless Dictator has all the action of a high speed car chase to definitely have the readers adrenaline pumped if not from the action definitely with the sexy love scenes either way you will not be disappointed. THE RUTHLESS DICTATOR
BY: RUMONT TEKAY Rumont Tekay has spun a wicked tale that must be read by everyone. He had me hooked from the very first page to the last page. This author is going to be a force to be reckoned with. I had the pleasure of reading this novel last year, and was excited when this author finally released it. . What would you do, if you find out that your right hand man was "Snitching" to the Feds? Then to add fire to the fuel, your ex-girl and daughter has been kidnapped? Adon had pledge the allegiance to one of the elite organization in Chicago called "The Convolution." This author description is so vivid and convincing, that each chapter flows effortlessly. Although this is Rumont's first novel he is stomping the street-lit industry with his own creativity and letting the world know that he is not going anywhere. In my opinion this is 10, great job Rumont... I can't wait to see what you have up your sleeve on your next project..... Shaifire .... Urbanfirebooks
