The most important thing about this book is that its advice is based on years of painstaking research into the ideas and systems that guide the most successful and fastest growing organizations and not simply the accumulated experience of its authors. When this project was in the dream stage, it was molded by Tom Hall's vision that his agency would provide clients with a world view of the best practices of the fastest growing organizations and not simply an array of internal capabilities and notions. This book is a compilation of the firm's research findings and nuggets of advice that go with them, gathered over many years and presented in a wonderfully appealing story-telling fashion.
