5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Resource for Hospital Administrators, October 27, 2007
By
Get Wicky (South Elgin, IL) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Rx for the Nursing Shortage: A Guidebook (ACHE Management Series) (Paperback)
An excellent resource for a hospital looking to attract and retain top-tier nurses. The book makes a strong case for the strategies that can be used in recruiting, professional growth and development, and integration with Magnet status. The book also provides a wealth of "toolboxes" - which are practical, working ideas for the reader to be able to implement.
