This product was recommended to me by my physician when testing revealed that I had a severe Vit D deficiency. This product increased my Vit D levels to normal in a short period of time and I felt 100% better. I also have food allergies and this product did not cause any problems. I love the liquid form, it is easier to take than pill form and causes no stomach problems.

definitely works. read instructions! i didn't quite get it and gave myself the full dropper once/day in fruit smoothies for at least a month; when i went for an annual review w/ full blood work my D level was 136 (super high but not detrimental). so, i'm still taking it, but the correct dose. being preventative w/ bone health.
