Aqua aerobics shoe,

I do aqua aerobics vigorously five days a week, 365 weeks a year. I previously wore the older Ryka shoe with the dangling toggled lace. This shoe is more comfortable, much lighter and, with more drainage holes on the sole, it's faster and better draining. With the dozen or so pairs of the older shoe that I had purchased over the last five years the blue toggle tended to fall off the lace forcing me to knot it instead. The knots would come undone all the time - very annoying. Also with this shoe the lace dangled too much and got underfoot. If you really like to jump and bounce in the water this is the shoe for you. It supports the foot well and yet you hardly notice you're wearing anything on your feet. Great product.

Ryka Hydro Step Crosstraining Shoe,

I have had 2 previous pairs of Ryka Hydro shoes and have loved them. They had a very comfortable cut and held up for a very long time, even with all the chlorine. I did have an issue with the last pair losing the end cap on the shoe lace, and that was not really a problem. This new pair - the hydro step crosstraining shoe is not cut as full in the front. It is tight over the top of the foot and harder to get the foot into since the ties are stationary. Even though you can "release" the tension across the top to get your foot in, it is still very hard to do so and then is uncomfortable once it is tightened. I wish they would go back to making the original. I did like the fact that they have more water release holes in the bottom. They should start carrying them in stores so that the customer could try them on before buying. I wear them for the arch support and have been pleased with that.

Ryka Women's Hydro Step Crosstraining Shoes,

I was having trouble with my knees doing hydrotraining, but with these shoes, no more knee trouble. They are easy to put on--even in the water--and so lightweight that you don't know you have them on in the water. They also make walking in the water so much easier! I love these shoes and will buy the same identical ones when these wear out. They are so worth the money.

I am really enjoying these shoes. They make water aerobics so much more comfortable. They are great shoes but then I only buy Ryka tennis shoes so I figured their water shoes would be great too.

Over the previous 10 years I bought 3 pair of these shoes and loved them, until they "re-designed" the shoe. I sent the fourth pair back because they were impossible to get on and to thight once they were on the foot!...please Ryka redo the design and go back to the old style that older people can wear and get into.

I have previously worn 3 pair of Ryka aqua shoes. The new model is even better. They are easy to put on and take off and offer support for intense aqua aerobics.
