I love the Ryka Ultima Running Sneakers that I purchased. They have excellent support and heel cushioning that I was looking for. I would recomment these to anyone looking for something light weight, comfortable and all around great value.

This running shoe is a great fit even if you're not a runner. The shoe is incredibly lightweight and supports the arch of your foot. I have been a Nike fan for years, but my loyalties now lie with RYKA.

I have worn Ryka shoes for years and wouldn't wear any other brand. They are very light weight, need no breaking in and are perfect for my foot.
The price I paid at Amazon was low and I received them in a few days even though I did not special order them.

I chose these shoes because of all the favorable feedback. I ordered the size I'm use to wearing and they worked. I like the way they feel while jogging which is no feel. Nothing is worse than trying to run and your feet feel heavy or clumsy. These shoes feel a little tight when I first put them on and I'm hoping they will loosen up soon. Not the best shoes I've owned but still for the price they are excellent shoes. I will come back and add comments after running in these shoes for a couple of months. If they hold up like they are now I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good running shoe. One thing that is important and I want to note here, after running in these shoes my feet DID NOT hurt or feel extremely tired which is a extra plus.

I bought these shoes based on reviews and price. I was really amazed at how they weighed hardly anything. When I get tired during my trots/runs my feet won't lift off the ground as much as they should - so with a heavier shoe you are more likely to trip, but the RYKA's are NOT going to trip me up! The fit is also very good for my foot. I'm very pleased with the product. So much so I wanted another pair already - one for daily wearing and one for my exercising.

This is the second time I bought these shoes. They are so comfortable! I lived in the first pair for 3 months. I had a job where I was on my feet for at least 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. I only bought a new pair because my other pair got stained. I definitely could have worn them for many more months. I highly recommend these shoes!

OH my aching feet were cussing at me to BUY NEW SHOES! I checked out many reviews, and never really heard of the RYKA brand. Therefore, I gave it a try and I LOVE LOVE LOVE these shoes! When I would workout before, the arch of my right foot would hurt terribly and I could not complete workouts because of it. I put these on and oh yea baby come to mama we are gonna kick some serious workout arse!! These shoes and Jillian Michael's 30 day shred are awesome! The price is right as well.

I've worn Ryka Optimas for several years ~ they fit me perfectly.
I have a narrow heel and finding an athletic shoe that doesn't slip when exercising or just for walking has always been difficult, until now. They hug my heel comfortably and allow plenty of room to wiggle my toes. They offer plenty of room for my orthotics and high instep. Very true to size and comfy from the first time I put them on.

I've long given up on Nike and Adidas. After getting tired of Saucony and New Balance, I wanted something new. This is my first Ryka and I bought it based on previous reviews.

I can say that I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is excellent - much better than any other brand I've tried so far. Ryka has designed these shoes for women, so they've added extra support to allow for pronation (angle of the foot's inward rotation, which is different between men and women).

The soles feel more flexible than what I'm used to and there's no extra ankle support. Bear in mind that you shouldn't be running by hitting heel first (think running barefoot on a beach). The more expensive models add heel support, which is IMHO a bad design. This model hits the target for a lightweight and comfortable running shoe.

I love this shoe...works best for me, and I have tried many others!! True to size, comfortable right out of box. My only wish is that they do not stop making it.
