It's easy to get a little lost -- or overwhelmed -- in all the paperwork necessary to establish an S Corp. That's why I hired a lawyer to help me through it. I bought this book after establishing my S Corp, specifically to help take me through the employee payroll tax issues. Had I bought this book at the beginning of the process, I would have saved $1,000 in lawyer's fees. This book lays it out piece by piece, document by document. It makes what can be a complicated process surprisingly easy. The accompanying CD has scores of PDF documents that act as prompts and worksheets -- worth their weight in gold. Overall, an excellent resource.

This book is great for anybody, in any state, who wants to set up an S-Corporation. The materials on the included CD are worth the price of the book alone. As for the copy I received, it was exactly as advertised, packed perfectly, and came just a few short days after I placed the order. What more could I ask for? Definitely worth a 5-star rating!

I found the book well organized and helpful in outling the mnay steps and matters that must be undertaking to form and operate an S-Corpoartion. Having all the forms in one location rather than serching for them on the net was also helpful.

I was confused in many ways when incorporating as S-corporation. Found this incredible book and read it at once in just few hours, was so friendly to read. Now I know everything I need to do the process without missing a thing and without paying extra fees for 3rd party incorporators. Highly recommended.

This book is a great resource for setting up an S-Corporation including a CD of the various documents needed to run the company.

This book covers all corporation types and tries to be everything to everyone. The "free" forms with the book are commonly found free on the internet.

I you want a professorial pompous dissertation, on ALL corporation types, this book is for you.
