This is a book full of realistic scenarios of the post-resuscitation, pre-transport time period of neonates in the NICU setting. The acronym makes it very easy to recall which steps are your priority at which point during the process of stabilizing and continuously reassessing the neonate. I went to the STABLE course as well, which I HIGHLY recommend for all NICU nurses. Very informative. I learned a LOT, and it's applicable to every shift. I bought the book to help reinforce all the information we learned in class.

I purchased this book because I had borrowed the same book from our medical library for my STABLE class. I liked that book so much, just for my NICU practice, that I purchased the book for myself. Lots of good and useful information!
