As a NICU RN in a large regional children's hospital, I was required to read this book and complete questions associated with it. I then found myself needing to reference the book after I had returned it. It is an easy to understand resource for common neonatal cardiac defects. It simplifies very complex diagnoses. Would recommend to any NICU RN/provider.
