B E S T stands for Best Ever Step Training and the title isn't far off the mark. This is an amazing workout and you feel great after doing it. He cues exceptionally well and so you are never lost during this. It's fast and fun and so it doesn't get boring. It's also quite dancy too. It's high-energy, non-stop movement so you'll be burning fat like crazy. He builds combo ontop of combo so it makes it easy to learn (you still will probably need to watch it a couple of times through at first). Patrick's instruction is great and I highly recommend this to everyone.

Patrick has style and imagination that just won't quit! This BEST Ever Step Training is everything an advanced stepper wants and more! Patrick gives tons of options and really breaks down the combos. Ultra motivating and loads of fun.

I have previous experience with Step exercise, and this instructor moves fast. I had a hard time keeping up with him. Switched the DVD to another instructor. If your thinking about this product and you can pick up a step sequence with just being shown one time. Then this product is for you. If you like the instructor to break the sequence down and move at a more comfortable pace. Then this DVD is NOT for you.

I dont know about this one. I found it a little too dancy. I dont have enough room in my living room to do all the running around and turn this guy does. Also I just think it goes too fast. Only for advanced and if you like the tough choreography. It looks fun. I just don't have the patience it would take for me to get it. I'm so busy trying to learn the moves, I have to do it only after I've done another workout.

Don't Bother,

Sorry, but Patrick makes Richard Simmons look fit. I was intensly dissapointed given the hype of the write-up. I suppose it would be OK if you did not care about the professional level of your instructor. He does not have appropiate core strength, does not move from his center and is strangely careless in his movements. The percussion "beat" behind the demo is hard to hear, and Patrick does not cue well. I found the combinations loose and without logic or passion. I prefer a professional, tight production focused on fitness, utilizing a knowledge of physiology and respect for the art/business. This was not that video.
