Directions
Simply wash your hair every day with F.A.S.T shampoo, rinse well, and REPEAT for faster growing hair. Apply the conditioner and work throughout the hair and into the roots. Allow the conditioner to remain on the hair for 1 minute to encourage healthy hair. Rinse well. If your hair requires more extensive conditioning leave on the hair 3-5 minutes then rinse well. Try using daily for stronger hair.

A couple of years ago i got my hair cut really short because i had messed it up before and i HATED it! during this most recent summer, my hair was probably right at shoulder length, if not a little shorter. it's been growing but in the past few months ive been wanting my hair to grow extra FAST!! so for christmas i got the shampoo and conditioner. i've been using it for nearly a month now and it's grown a full inch. i was so excited! and the smell is great, when you wash w/ this shampoo&conditioner it gets SUPER soft and bouncy. my hair is almost down to my chest (my goal is the waist!) i recommend this product and i also recommend not using a hair dryer and to try not to use a straightener,(unless it's an emergency) because your hair gets a lot healthier the less you use heated products! :) but overall, great shampoo and conditioner, TRY IT!

Excellent product. Product works. A little challenging when one has color on their hair. Your color will fade a little. But this product is Great overall. I would recommend it! Hair growth excellent. It is important t use both the Shampoo and Conditioner together for best results.

In 2003, I donated my hair and hated it short. I found this product, bought it, and fell in love. In about 3 months, my hair grew a little over 3 inches! Incredible!!!I'm about to donate my hair again and am about to purchase it again. My hair won't be short for long. :-) I would definitely recommend this stuff!
