5.0 out of 5 stars Animal Mayhem fronts a killer RTS
This is fundamentally a well designed, hardcore RTS with a refreshing humorous twist. The RTS engine is very robust with great graphics and a phenomenal physics modelling engine.

The premise is hilarious. Aggressive Pigs attack the land of the Rabbits. Get this, the Pigs have big ponderous tanks and massive firepower and speak with German accents. The Rabbits, a plucky...

The Rabbits, a plucky race are outnumbered but have fast maneuverable vehicles allowing them to run a guerilla style campaign against the Pigs. The Rabbits have French accents.
The cut scenes are very well done and are well integrated with the game. You get to lead Rabbit or Pig forces. Three difficulty levels with a total of 22 missions. Lots of hours of game play.
Also, very good multiplayer support through GameSpy with a couple of unique multiplayer modes.
This one was a surprise and unexpected treat.

5.0 out of 5 stars FUN-Well worth the price, February 23, 2003
This review is from: S.W.I.N.E. (CD-ROM)
This game is VERY FUN. It's graphics are top notch and the story line is hilarious! I've read other reviews that "bad mouthed" it, but I don't know why. I recommend it to any one who likes action/campaign type games. When they made this game they had a great imagination. It's just plain FUN. Get it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Gotta Love Those Tanks!, July 14, 2011

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: S.W.I.N.E. (CD-ROM)
I am not a huge computer game fan, but once in a while I find one I just can't keep away from. SWINE is one of those games. I love it! It is easy to play (but still difficult enough to be fun), has striking graphics, and a bit of a storyline. After a while you really start to feel like a Rabbit... or a Pig, depending on which side you pick to play. By the way, start your first game as the Rabbits, or you will get crushed far too quickly. Good new for Windows 7 owners... it works just fine! No problems at all! Since this is an older game, you can get it at a lower price- and it is well worth it.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great, Fun Game, August 7, 2007
= Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: S.W.I.N.E. (CD-ROM)
This game is very fun. It has two campains, Rabbits and Pigs. Rbbits are the easier campain and speak with a French accent. The pig campain is much more difficult and they speak with a german accent. The pigs and the rabbits both have thier special units like the rabbit tank killer and the pig heavy tank. Also every unit has a special ability.

1.0 out of 5 stars How pathetic, March 30, 2002

This game is the definition of pathetic. My brother bought it, not knowing what to expect. You play PIGS for crying out loud! The game design is convoluted, choppy graphics, impossible to play, its like they never tested it (or completed it rather) before they released it. A sad story, really.
