Well, the battery is a Samsung battery. I was a little disappointed that it was not in fact new. It had scratches on the little metal connectors, suggesting it had been used before, and the outside casing had a tear in the plastic coating the battery. I think if it is a refurbished one, they should say so in the add. I am merely hoping that if anything should happen, Samsung will stand behind it.

As far as the battery, it works similar to the old Samsung battery: not great, not bad. I don't get a consistently lasting charge out of it. Even when it sits, not being used, I charge it almost every day. :-/ Is it too much to ask for a battery that lasts three days or more and doesn't go dead right when I really do need it?

This battery is not holding a charge any better than my 2 1/2 year old battery. It seems it's either defective or not new.

The battery came quickly - it "looked" new, but I would not hold a charge. It was cheap, not worth the effort and cost to send it back.

I bought this battery about a month ago. I put it in my phone and it gives me maybe an extra hour or so of battery time than my old battery. I keep it plugged in all night and still am down to my last battery bar by like 5 in the afternoon. I've been told by at&t it's not my phone, it's my battery, so this wouldn't be my choice ever again.

This battery does not seem to hold a charge like most new batteries. It will hold it for 24 hours, yes, but most new ones give about 2-7 days, right?

They sent the wrong battery.It's been over a month and I still get no respsnse from them.I don't know if they are still in buisness.Buyer beware

Not pleased with the service to the extent that I had so many issues with receiving my order as small as it was, and after receiving it...My battery for my Samsung SGH A 707 phone did not work at all....I will compliment customer service for replying to me and for being polite to me, but I am totally unpleased with the product that I ordered from cell lounge!

The battery does not work; tried repeatedly; hope i can find the "original packaging" to send it back. Hope this was just one bad one.

The battery appeared to be in good condition when received. I am disappointed that the battery does not hold a charge.

I bought it because old battery had to be charged daily. still got same problem. it might be the phone.
