This battery simply did not work in the u340 phone. The screen gave a pop-up, instructing me not to use oem batteries. Do not buy this.

This battery arrived on time and works OK but is slightly thicker than the original and it is hard to get the back cover back on.

It lasts as long as the original did (when new) and otherwise works fine. The blue door DID NOT fit my phone luckily I did not need it anyway.

All in all, a decent buy for the money!

I bought this for my Grandmother who lives about two hours from me. She recieved and my Aunt who lives closer to her and has the same phone put the battery in the phone to charge. They left it on the charger for 17 hours and it had no charge. Then when I contacted the company they say you have to send it back and we will review it. The shipping to recieve the product was $4 I believe and they wanted my grandmother to go by the bubble package and pay to ship it back. I asked them about having to pay for the shipping. They said that after they review the product they may reimburse us up to $2. So to ship it back and possilby recieve another one that doesn't work, they wanted my Grandmother to spend more money. I Grandmother was very upset over all the trouble and went to her phone service provider and bought a new working battery from them and threw this one away. It was not worth it to spend more money on something that cost her a total of $7. My Grandmother no longer drives, so she would have had to have her friend drive her to mail this, pay for the postage and a bubble package. Seemed like a better plan to just cut our losses.

My goal was to save my Grandmother the high price of a battery from her service provider, but I ended up just upsetting her and costing her money. I will not buy from this supplier ever again and I don't think anyone should. It was not our fault the battery didn't work and we would have been out more time and money to send it back. This was a horrible experience and awful customer service.
