I have the scx-4521f printer/copy/fax and i love it. I decided to save a buck and get a cheap cartridge. Big mistake. The cheep one was a mess. Once I got the Samsung cartridge I was back in business.

This is a genuine Samsung replacement cartridge. My all in one was streaking after refilling the toner a few times. This cartridge includes the drum so if your printer is streaking, a new Samsung cartridge will fix it. Also, this is the same 3,000 page yield cartridge that other vendors sell for much more.

works perfect. not a aftermarket knock-off. You get what you pay for. Spend the extra, get a lot more.

The toner cartridge was a real Samsung cartridge, not a 3rd Party manufacturer or refilled cartridge.

If it is advertised accurately as under OEM specification, it is usually dependable. But it still has a long way to prove its claim: >3000 copies.

Watch out this seller!!
I ordered a brand new cartridge. But I received the refurbished cartridge with [R] letter next to s/n.
I paid over $80 including tax to buy a refurbished cartridge that is usually $25.
Unlucky!

Ordered this item and was sent a compatible cartridge, not the OEM as pictured and described and not by Amazon but by a 3rd party vendor. I had to put up with a song and dance and Amazon's terrible internet phone connection while dealing with their overseas customer service center. Amazon wants me to try to contact the 3rd party vendor because they could not get get hold of them when they tried while I was on hold! Amazon used to be a great company--what happened?
