Have tried many thermogenic products, but this has been the only one to show such great results. Taking one capsule a day of SAN Tight is all you need to feel the energy all day with no crashing or jitters. Plus, I have lost 5 pounds in a little over a week. :-)

I've never been the type to use products to assist in exercise but during the winter sluggish months this really gives me a boost and motivates me to work out. (Also a better option versus the calories in coffee!) I'd recommend only using them right in the morning or when you wake up (& only on days which you will exercise) with breakfast and a lot of water throughout the day. (I average around 100oz). Within the first week or so I found that I had lost 5lbs. I have a small frame but am using this for a more defined look and it doesn't make me jittery as long as I follow the correct regimen. Would recommend to anyone looking for an extra boost to get themselves working out before bikini season. :)

This is a thermogenic supplement, and there are many others out there that will help you with similar success. I switch up to other ones after I go through a bottle because I know your body adjusts. I have just started hydroxycut pro after finishing this bottle. My biggest complaint with Tight is that you can only take 1 pill a day. Unlike hydroxycut where you take 2 pills 3 times a day. The reason this is an issue is because you crash and crash hard on tight, and really have no way to bring yourself back up. With hydroxycut, you can take another those to keep your self going longer. I will be honest and say you crash harder on hydroxycut then you do on tight. At the same time, you feel more from the hydroxycut then the tight. Hydroxycut is definately doing something, and I see weight disapear on it, where I kinda plataued with the Tight. Thats not to say its not doing what it says it does, but it just didnt do the same as hydroxycut IMO. 1 small pill a day tho, isnt bad for those who will be working out right after, but it doesnt give you 8+ hours of energy which was the game ender for me.

this is a very great product for working out..if you looking to get ripp this the one san tight give you alots of energy during wokring out..like any products you have to includeed your's diet routine and exercise......i was at 168bls 3yrs ago i've been using san tight with regular exercise with normal eating no diet....now i'm at 125 lean and cut..be sure drink plenty of water..this produtc really work but you must includes cardio and weight training to be effectivelly...taking product alone wont do it

I don't use them very often, only for the days that I cannot drag myself out of bed, but they are also useful if I need energy all day long....and believe me, these last ALL DAY LONG!

Did not take this supplement contained lead chemical element. I wander if I bought a counterfeit from Amazon. I would had liked to try this product do to my plateau.

You only have to take it once a day. It's best taken in the morning before your workout. It gives you no gitters, and no rapid heart beat. Don't take it after 3pm unless you're planning on going to sleep until after 11pm. This product pared with CLA has always worked for me as my main supplements. Use the original stear clear of the "extreme" version.

For the first week of taking this product it caused upset stomach symptoms, shakiness, and trouble with sleeping. However, that was only the first week. Now I feel alert and energized all day after taking this product. No more upset stomach or trouble sleeping. I have yet to see if it is helping me lose weight though.
