5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome book, one of the few that understands ITSM, June 16, 2004

This review is from: SAP System Operations (Hardcover)
Great content, if not a bit choppy due to translation from German I imagine. I've been through most of it, and have found the text and templates extremely useful. Excellent addition to your collection of books on SAP.
