5.0 out of 5 stars It actually works!!!
My nail was so bad most of it fell off except one tiney shard, (yes very creepy) I used this once let it sit on my nail for about 30 minutes then wiped off and cleaned and that's all I did over the next month or two my nail grew back in healthy. I suspect if I had used daily it would have worked faster but I was unfortunately super busy at the time and traveling...

1.0 out of 5 stars didn't cure tinea
This product did not work to clear up tinea versicolor that my husband has had for 20 years, we were very dissapointed. He applied it to the affected areas for 15 min daily before a shower. No changes.

1.0 out of 5 stars Does not work for Tinea Versicolor, April 11, 2010

I used this last year while i battled my worse Tinea outbreak and it did nothing. i actually think my Tinea Versicolor got worse! I really think they should not advertise this as treatment for Tinea Versicolor the mud didn't do anything at all. I applied it for 15-30 minutes a day for two weeks and saw no improvement.

Maybe everyone should keep this on had in the house! Vender was excellent also and even in my state!

1.0 out of 5 stars Does not clear Tinea Versicolor!, January 27, 2009
This review is from: SAPROX Natural Treatment Fungal Skin Infections (Health and Beauty)
I had Tinea Versicolor on my chest and entire back. I was diagnosed by my doctor, and prescribed a creme. I always try to take care of health problems holistically, so after a bit of online research I decided to try Saprox.

The item arrived quickly and is a nice product, visually. I used it for over a month, every day. It did absolutely, positively nothing. It goes on easily, dries nicely, washes off and does not dry the skin out *too* badly. But as far as clearing Tinea? No way. It actually aggravated my spots, making them pinkish and dryer. By the time I decided to stop using the Saprox, I actually think I had more patches of Tinea than before.

I don't have a severe case of Tinea, and after having actually backtracked by using this product, I did use the creme that my doctor prescribed. It cleared up the Tinea completely in less than two weeks.

I use natural medicine and avoid prescription drugs at all costs BUT - I would say, if you have this condition, don't bother with this product!!!! It may work well for athletes foot etc - but it definitely loses the battle against Tinea Versicolor.

5.0 out of 5 stars Better than prescribed medication, August 9, 2009
This review is from: SAPROX Natural Treatment Fungal Skin Infections (Health and Beauty)
I've had tinea versicolor for a long time and this stuff has done more to get rid of it than anything the dermatologist gave me, topical or oral.

The tinea shows up on my skin making it more dry and flakey than incredibly off-color, as it does with others. Using Saprox has diminished the dryness/flakiness of my skin substantially, although the skin quality is still not perfect. The itching I felt especially while sweating is gone.

I haven't used Saprox as consistently as I probably should have, so I am going to buy another bottle (I've bought 3 or 4 as is, but I have it over large portions of my body) and keep going for it until it (hopefully) completely disappears.

I give this a 5 because it gives me hope for a cure and has been improving my skin quality, while the steroids the dermatolgist gave me did squat.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works better than expected, November 17, 2008

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical about this product. but using it two times changed my mind!
Its a bit different in how its applied. You put it on, let it dry and then clean off with water. Its kind of like a mud pack.
As I said above after two applications I saw really improved results. Now after using the product for more than a week-my area is clear and shows no sign of issue.
Really a great product!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Effective and Fun to Use!, January 27, 2008

I have had 'sweaty' feet for a few years - likely because I was always wearing boots and in Seattle's famous rains and mud when I used to do landscape construction.

I used Saprox for about a week and my feet became very soft and didnt sweat nearly as much as they used to. Nice to have my feet back again.

I also used Saprox on one of my boys when he had some athlete's foot from running around at the YMCA. The Saprox worked very well. It took the itching away and killed the athlete's foot. It was also fun to use because it is literally like putting mud on your feet - what kid doesnt like that?!

I did have to put on lotion after I put on the Saprox otherwise I found his skin would get too dry from it.

The container is huge - 1/2 liter - so if I ever get athlete's foot, I still have some around.

5.0 out of 5 stars good stuff, September 14, 2011

works good for tinea versicolor or how ever you spell it, have to use alot though just because my gf is covered in the stuff. so i have to order quite a bit, but since the alternative drugs will cost us hundreds of dollars, plus the toxicity of them is very dangerous, this is a wonderful natural alternative. the shipping is relatively quick, it is as fast as they say it is.

5.0 out of 5 stars Relieved symptoms of tinea versicolor, August 1, 2010
This review is from: SAPROX Natural Treatment Fungal Skin Infections (Health and Beauty)
Experienced positive results when used for treatment of tinea versicolor in just a few applications. I applied generously and allowed the mud to dry then rinsed without using soap. Product did not leave an unpleasant odor like many sulfur soaps recommended by my doctor. The mess is the only drawback but the results are worth it.

Unknown to friends and family, I've suffered from tinea versicolor on and off over the years. Nothing worked permanently until I started using Saprox. So anyone else out there buy it and use it. It will get rid of tinea versicolor.
