Nice Finger Chart...,

I got a few finger charts from Amazon and this one is the best. It's very clear and easy to understand. I agree it's preferable NOT to be folded in 3 sections but my laminate wasn't so thick and it was easy to reverse fold it and thus make it lay flat.

Incorrect fingerings,

This review is from: SAXOPHONE FINGERING CHARTS (Pamphlet)
I have never reviewed a product before but felt the need to speak up. The fingerings on this chart are incorrect. The fingerings for D, Eb, and E above the staff (left hand palm keys) are reversed on this chart. I have examined the chart carefully, trying to see how I could be misreading it but there is no doubt. The fingerings are simply printed wrong on the chart. The chart is colorful and looks nice. It could be a useful product for someone learning the saxophone. But, since showing the correct fingerings is the most basic thing a fingering chart can do, I rate this item with one star.

Hard to Use,

It should have been one piece like a placemat instead of being folded into thirds with a heavy laminate. I've got mine btwn heavy books hoping to make it lie flat.

Too smart music; Saxophone fingering chart,

This review is from: SAXOPHONE FINGERING CHARTS (Pamphlet)
I recieved the Too Smart Music saxophone fingering chart today. This chart qualifys for begginers at day one, other than that it is totally useless. One of the other reviewers mentioned errors on the chart. The colored coded keys for the high D, high D sharp and high E are not correct. They have a single E key and octave key coded in red for high D, it should be the D and octave keys, They have an E key, F key and octave key coded for a high D sharp, it should be the D and E, and octave keys. The E is shown as the E, F, and octave keys on the left hand and the top side key of the right hand, it should be; the D, E, and octave key with the left hand and the top side key on the right hand. The front of the chart says The Essential Reference Tool For All Musicians, sorry but this chart will only help the beginner up to high C#, the D, D#, and E displayed fingerings are not correct, High F is correct. This chart needs to be discontinued immediately and reprinted.
