Most Helpful Customer Reviews

Format: Paperback
I put this book on my wish list and received it as a gift. I am all about recipes that showcase such delicate sea foods, and this one does just that. Most of the recipes are light and simple, and really highlight the main ingredients. I would certainly recommend this book.
