sticky...great for canyoneering and creeking, July 31, 2010
I bought these for river shoes on California creek runs (kayaking steep canyons with water polished shores). They have held up well and are small enough to fit in my boat. I have hiked 10 miles with a fully loaded kayak (80lbs) and they did much better than I expected. They only downside for using them for this purpose is that the leather takes days to dry. They seem more durable than the 5.10 servants which are the most popular choice.
