I don't normally write reviews, but this boot is so incredible I thought Scarpa deserved it. I have searched high and low for the perfect hiking boot and this is it. I can't think of anything I would improve upon. They are sturdy and yet surprisingly light. They are great for anything; wearing to work, kicking around town, or long backpacking trips. They are a really good looking boot too- I got 3 comments on them the first day I wore them, 2 from people I had never met before wanting to know what kind they were. Also, I wear a size 9 in everything and these fit like a true size 9 (EU 42), absolutely awesome fit. I actually ordered a second pair in case Scarpa decides to not make these anymore, which would be a shame because these really are the perfect boot. You will not be disappointed with these I promise. Long live Scarpa.

I am an American and I love quality from fine engineers and builders. These Scarpa boots that I purchased from Amazon.com is a great example of fine engineering and you can tell they are built with pride. They are the best boot I ever bought. You pay for quality, and if quality & comfort is what you want than here's your boot. I'll be buying this boot again when I wear the first pair out. It feels like that might be a few years from now. I received these as a gift for Christmas, and after a month of use, I can attest to their high quality. I've only done a little hiking with them, but they've been perfect for wearing during my commute during this snowy winter and even walking. Not too heavy, very comfortable and handle the elements perfectly.
