I love this pan! If properly prepared, works beautifully for cakes. I used it for Pandoro and everything worked just great. Very even cooking/browning.

This is a wonderful pandoro mold. The mold size is just right. Just make sure that you butter the mold and the bread will slide out perfect.

Received this for Christmas and promptly baked a Pandoro. I used the recipe that Carol Field has in her book THE ITALIAN BAKER (there is a Pandoro on the cover) - wow! So delicious. Love this pan. It produced a gorgeous, brown exterior and a tender interior. Now I need to order another pan...The Italian Baker
