The ad states 128/roll, 20/carton, therefore it appears you are buying 20 rolls, this is NOT TRUE my shipment came today and it was ONE roll! This is a lie and completely misleading!
I am EXTREMELY disappointed in amazon.com for advertising this, I have never had any problems with them before and will think twice before I EVER order from them again!

I am so livid it says you get 20 rolls and the weight would be 18.6 pounds and the post man just delivered it. I can not believe I only got 1 roll so I have to wait till morning to get a hold of the company to see what they say or hope they deliver another 19 rolls.

This item doesnt even deserve 1 star!!!! I ordered this thinking I would be receiving 20 roll and I got ONE roll in the mail today! I would like to know how this one paper towel weighs 18.6 pound too!!! I will be returning
