I purchased this product because I needed to download pictures with great sentimental value that I took during a family trip. My digital camera ran out of battery so I used my cell phone. The product arrived very quickly but they didn't send a cd with the necessary program. I tried it anyway. It fits my old phone fine, but won't download the pics without it. I've sent a message to the company and I still haven't heard from them and of course haven't been able to download my pics and share them with my relatives. I ordered this cable over a month ago. Thumbs down for the service.
