The best thing about this item was that it came on time. The quality of the pictures is subpar (especially images that were scanned- where you couldn't even see faces in some pictures, they were so washed out), and the frame was bent forward on an angle. The price also dropped $10 within 2-3 days after purchasing, and when I contacted the seller I received a reply several days later that they do not offer price matching. You are better off buying at Macy's or some other retail establishment, rather than electronic express.
