An orange Tyvek material with an aluminized liner. It will work but will also probably snag on sharp items. You might get a handful of uses out of it. Good for emergency, but at this price point, there are better options out there. Get a cheap polyvinyl poncho, or step up to one of the mil-spec ones available instead. I'd prefer one of the latter, but since this is in a car emergency bag, I figured the orange would be better than camo.
