According to other reviewers, a common problem with other tools is breakage of the tip of the tool. So I took a chance with this previously un-reviewed one and inadvertently bought two of them.
I tried to break off each tip with more pressure than would ever be needed in normal use, but the tips here are strong.
One end is to push back the spring bar to load it into or loosen it from the hole in the watch. The other end is to push out watch band pins to adjust the size of the band. All tips seem quite strong.
Other tools are made to adjust watch bands, and are probably better, but this will do if the pins aren't too tight.
This also has millimeter and inch rules on opposite sides of the tool for proper sizing.

The photo of the device is different from the model I received. Nonetheless, I found the one I did receive to be excellent. It has broad blade on one end and a narrow end on the other. I found the broad end works great for removing the pin and the narrow end for inserting the new pin.

I have no double using it and had no reason to think it will break. You would have to really work to break on of these blades (of course there are those who can break anything). The idea of replacing the watch pins in gentle. There is no reason to use a lot of force to remove or insert the pins.

I have no doubt that this tool will last a long, long time.....

Over many years I've struggled with removing a watch band and installing a new one. This is the tool the watch repair man uses when he charges you $ 5-15.00 to do what you can do yourself. Order one. You will be a whole lot happier if you do and a few dollars richer for doing it. It is well made and one that you can pass down the family tree for the next 100 years.

No more scratching watch and bending bars and cutting myself trying to change watchbands with something not made to do so. Worth every penny.

Not that this is a very expensive piece of engineering, but mine has started breaking on one end (the pointed one). And I have barely used that end.
Though I believe the other end (v shaped) is more useful and as long as that one stays intact I will use mine.
Also it has the same dirty chemical smell that is present in most of the ultra-cheap "Made-in-<somewhere in Asia>" tools

The forked end of this tool, intended to actuate spring bars, is too fat to be useful. It's wide at the tip and it tapers down from an even wider piece of metal. If your strap fits your watch at all, it will not flex enough to allow this tool to reach the springbars, especially if you have a thick strap. The poking end is okay though.

For less than four bucks as an Add-On item, how could anyone possibly complain? Much easier to use than a tiny flat screwdriver, and now it will collect dust in my toolbox until the next time I need to replace the band on one of my watches.

Oh, it has a nice solid heft to it which I like. Along with the black metal look...yay for black metal! Guess I'll get to admire its aesthetics every couple years, lol.

Just received the product and open the box. Both ends are already rusty inside a wrapped plastic bag. Quite disappointed. However, I did manage to use this tool to replace a watch strap within 5 minutes.

Can you change a watchband with a small screwdriver? Sure, with a little cursing. It's amazing how much easier the process is with this little tool.

The head of the tool was too wide to fit in the spring-bar access slots of ALL of my watches. This was a useless tool for me.
