I've had this cool and clever flashlight for about a week. It's a little larger than some other LED flashlights, but still very compact at 4-3/8 inches (11 cm) long and 1-1/16 inch (28 mm) diameter. The construction is solid and seems durable. The switch on the side cycles between off, 8 white LEDs (very bright!), and a red laser pointer. Both the LEDs and the laser pointer work as expected on my unit. The three included AAA batteries are inexpensive carbon-zinc type. I'll replace them with alkaline batteries when they eventually wear out. The strap is too small to fit around my wrist (even a child would have trouble using it), but it's easy to remove and replace. The flashlight came with a black woven case that has a decent belt loop and Velcro closure. Though thin, the case seems pretty durable.

This is the least expensive laser pointer I've seen, but it works very well, projecting a very bright red spot even at long range. I'm delighted that it works on AAA batteries instead of button cells that are more expensive with less capacity.

What I like best is that the 8-LED flashlight is very bright, and since it uses LEDs instead of normal filament bulbs I expect its batteries to last a long time. 5 stars of 5.

This is a really cool gadget. I do have fascination with LEDs, from flashlights, head lamps, Christmas lights, key lights,etc. What I like about LED's is they last for thousand of hours and consume so little energy. You can drop it on the concrete floor and it will still work. This is not the new high wattage LEDs, but it doesn't matter because those costs so much. Comes with a nice tough black case. Got mine for around 5$ which is a good value.

The added laser pointer is really nice. Made in aluminum and in comes in attractive colors. It only has 1 button that cycles through light/laser/off. What makes it dangerous is in the hands of kids. They love to play with it. Laser can cause real damage to eyes. To be safe, I ended up storing it away in my glove compartment to keep them away from my kids.

this works wonderfully. the laser is very bright so the cats love it, and the leds are really bright and will light up just about anything. the only problem is that after a while the switch on mine broke and i can no longer return it, so i will try to either fix the switch or just use the leds and laser somewhere else.

This unit is obviously cheap and not quality controlled as it has one LED out. Laser pointer works OK.

I like the small form because it easily fits in pockets. It is bright and provides sufficient light up close but it does not project very far. Overall, good for the price.

This is an excellent gadget. I was very pleased with it.

Until two days had passed, and the piece of junk belt loop ripped apart from normal use.

After that I had to put the flashlight/pointer and cloth holder into my pocket, where the switch would constantly be turned on whenever I bent over, and the batteries would wear out within hours. The alternative was to constantly check if the thing was on, which is not how I wish to spend my time.

But within another couple of days, the remainder of the holder completely fell apart, again, just from the normal use of being taken out of my pocket.

After that, I hooked the flashlight's own loop around my belt, where I no longer have this problem, but have to undo my belt to use it further than my waste.

The gadget is great. They've sabotaged it by failing to spend a few more pennies on the holder, and as a result, I can't recommend the product unless you get a new belt holder for it, or they company decides to not save money by making a key part crap.

I have two of these and both are really awesome. My first one I've had for 4 years and the power button finally wore its protective covering off, but I just wrapped electrical tape around it because I like it so much. They're very bright flashlights,and the batteries will last FOREVER. I bet you could leave these things on for over 30 hours and still have the bright light.

Very bright. Compact design. The cobalt blue casing makes it easy to find in my tool bag. Laser pointer comes in handy.

This is an excellent product. It is very bright. So far, the quality is very good and reliable. The laser can shoot across street and bounce off the parking car's head light cover. It is an excellent product and I purchase 3 more after the first purchase.
