Misleading description, February 19, 2012

This item is mildly disappointing. The case holder in the base is definitely cheap and flimsy, although the main body of the opener itself is fine. You cannot use any of the other watch case holders available(that are better quality), as the base will not fit them properly. What is really disappointing is that the description (that I now see has been changed) recommended another case holder, that could be used in place of the one it comes with. It also made it sound like it will open the standard screw type backs, along with the knurled, Rolex style. None of this is true at all. Perhaps my complaint forced the description to change, but still, any compatibility questions that someone might still have about this should be answered now. Also, the jaxa type wrench sold with this, does not hook into this opener, but they make no claim to that. It's just a 'heads up' for anyone wondering. The pin remover works fine, but can be broken if not used with care.
