I bought these to simply help carve a pumpkin for Halloween. It seemed like a nice set in a decent case but they could hardly go through a pumpkin and got really hot extremely fast. I did not use very much pressure, but after 2 small pin holes the first tip broke then the next lasted a 1inch groove. I'm not sure what you could use these for... I can't imagine something that snaps on a pumpkin being of any use.
