I bought this set while back, and didn't use it for a while. It seemed like a nice set. The first time I tried it to back out a screw, the shaft just slipped inside the cheap plastic handle. I tightened the collet as much as I could and it still slipped.
The bits fit into a hexagonal hole in the shaft - that part's OK - metal to metal, but the shaft itself is held in the plastic handle by a plastic collet, which isn't strong enough to stand much torque. This is a SCREWDRIVER, it's supposed to stand some torque! The screw in question wasn't that tight, either - it easily backed out with a regular screwdriver.

The bits are probably OK, but the handle is soft plastic junk. Maybe I can super glue the shaft in, but the plastic is soft like tupperware.

Like the other reviewer said, the first time I used this, the hex shaft just slipped around inside the cheap, soft plastic handle. I performed exactly 0% for me before it was broken. This peice of junk is going back.

Very helpful tool set for working with electronics, and the best price i could find for such a wide variety of Torx heads. However, you get what you pay for. The heads don't seem to stay put, and the handle won't stay extended.
If you need a cheap way to open various electronics or other precise screws, this will get the job done. If you're going to use it a lot, invest in something more solid.

I got one screw off the built-in MacBook Pro hard drive so I could put in a new one and the bit was already stripped. Total waste of time/money. I learned my lesson not to go cheap on precision machined tools. This is Made in China and can go straight back there as far as I'm concerned.

This set works very well for me to open my laptop and other electronics.
Professionals who use such tools daily could appreciate some sturdier sets, but for home use these are perfect and the price is right.

I use this set for modding my Xbox and disassembling laptops. It works great! Definitely not meant for heavy duty use, but works great for these small jobs.

I bought this specifically to undue my Xbox 360 hard drive and it works like a charm!!

I know it feels cheap and I would not recommend for people who need this tool for day to day use.

For my purpose it does everything I need and more, now I can also help my friends replace there hard drives so it is defiantly a win, win for me.

I was looking for something cheap that had both a t6 torx head and a phillips 000 head and this is what I bought. I used it to replace the hard drive on my macbook pro and it worked well, switching heads was easy and everything worked well. It's cheap but for something you might only use a handful of times that is a blessing.

When I received the package, I found this item is not new. It's used. I'm really angry.

Similar to another reviewer, the set looked perfectly capable, but the first time I tried to use it, the shaft simply spun in the soft plastic handle, efficiently grinding it into useless junk. This set may be of some use if you never encounter anything that has been screwed in firmly.
