I received the tent yesterday, and decided to `field test' it in our backyard. The tent was simple to erect, I was especially impressed by the quality of the tent poles (not your cheap fiberglass, but quality machined aluminum) and how the tent was super-compact and lightweight. The temperature plunged to 39 degrees F, and we were very comfortable inside (wearing t-shirts and shorts with only a light blanket. The relative humidity was 97%, yet the ventilation inside is well-designed and there was almost no condensation. I definitely will feel comfortable taking this tent on extended backpacking trips in all sorts of weather. Will probably purchase several others for the kids.

I just got this tent and set it up. The bottom is waterproofed fabric (not tarp type material) in line with being a backpacking tent. Space wise there is room for 3 sleeping bags if you don't take up space with gear. The poles are aluminum and they have the fabric sleeves that they slide into at the peak of the tent and the plastic clips for the lower half of the tent.

Did some winter camping at Indian springs MD in the middle of Jan and this tent held up nicely. Was warm and dry. We got some freezing rain sunday morning before we left and I was completely dry, nice tent for two but with my gear I was comfortably snug and I am a big guy.

I thought it was a good tent for the money. Fairly compact and easy to set up!

came when promised, I immediately inspected and set up the tent. Very good, I expected a quality tent for my money and it delivers. Fast setup, even by 1 person. The aluminum poles beat fiberglass every time. When it comes to camping equipment, I want value, not cheap. Happy with this choice.

I reacently took a camping trip in January 2012, in northern Pa. While there it snowed 6 to 8 inches over the first night. The tent preformed better then expected. I was warm, the snow slid right off the dome shape and held up quit nicely. I plan on getting another one as soon as I can. If you camp in the winter this is the tent for you.

Bought this tent from "WW Bargains" expecting a water proof floor! NOT!!! Tent must have a ground barrier or you will be wet!
Made contact with seller and had a very disapointing respons! Kinda like, to bad so sad, customer service had a very limited and unacceptable
response to issue at hand!
Partially my fault for not asking the right question before ordering. ALWAYS ask first!
I will not be doing business with them again!
I will not use, nor recommend using, this tent if wet weather is forcasted; however, it does work very well in dry conditions!
