SEI Iron/Wicker Five Drawer Unit

I have this set up in my dining room, where my computer is. I keep all the office supplies in the top drawer, loose papers for the kids to color on in another, bills and envelopes in another, and then finally coloring books and my files in the larger 2 drawers. Note: this does not have a bar for hanging files, but it serves its purpose, and looks better and costs less than a traditional filing cabinet. It took me about 45 minutes to put together while watching TV. The color isnt *that* off. The drawers are a little more red than the picture shows, but not that much. And if it bothers you, 1-2 cans of spray paint will fix the problem.

I bought this to use as a phone stand in my kitchen, and to provide extra storage for dish towels, mail, phone book, coloring books, and I use the bottom basket for the dog's toys. It looks AMAZING! It's very sturdy, and looks very classy. The baskets are a much richer color than in the picture, they match my dark walnut (kind of a reddish brown color) perfectly. It was easy to assemble... I did it myself in about an hour. I was watching TV at the same time so it might have been done quicker had I not been distracted. I bought the two pieces that go with it, and they all look so nice. Love it!

Great item and works perfect in my kitchen for extra storage. Very easy to put together and it is sturdy too. Some wicker items can look very cheap but not this item. Looks very nice and I have had many people ask where I got it. I would highly recommend.

Just bought a studio apartment that has one small draw in the kitchen. This unit gives me great storage. Easy to put together with no tools. Pictures is as it looks.

I put the frame together and it fit fairly well. The drawers were another story! The screws provided do not fit the rods for the assembly of the drawers. So, I bought bigger screws and some glue...then I found out that the rods were too long on the drawer bottoms and would not fit in order to be properly screwed into the spaces provided. Nothing on this unit fits as well as it should. Many components were not made to specification. Buy at your own risk!

When the package arrived, it was very messy! Dessicant beads everywhere! Black flecks of metal (or whatever that was). Lots of dust from the box and the unit itself.

I sent mine to the swap meet downstairs! Hopefully, I won't see your wicker shelf sitting next to it! LOL

I bought this unit for my daughter who has very limited space for her new baby's things. The only space available for a dresser was a maximum of 27 inches. Unfortunately, most dressers are at least 31 inches wide. We lined the baskets with baby powder scented drawer liners. There is ample space for onesies, pjs, bibs and socks, plus an extra drawer for miscellaneous items. Two of the baskets are deeper than most chests of drawers. This was truly a lucky find. The space on top can easily hold a lamp, or in our case, a baby monitor.

I purchased this unit for extra storage in my closet. It looks better than the picture, and was super easy to put together. Unit worked out perfectly, and I'll probably get a second one! :O)

This unit was easy to assemble.

The wicker color is a little different than the picture on Amazon, but still acceptable.

Small items might slip through where the bottom and sides of the drawers meet, but as I'm not keeping small items in the drawers, it is a non-issue for me.

These drawers look much better in person than in the picture. I was worried about the color (one reviewer said it was too red) and the appearance of a lighter colored splotch in the middle of the drawers. I am very pleased with the color. It's not red at all. The drawers in the picture do look darker than the real thing though, so be aware of that if you are trying to match them to something. As far as the weird splotches in the picture go, it's some artifact of the photography. The drawers are perfectly evenly colored. I had a little difficulty putting the frame together, but I'm not the greatest at that sort of thing so take that with a grain of salt. Finally, it's pretty sturdy, although it does wobble a little when my cats jump on it. All together, I'm very happy with these drawers.

While this item looks nice in the picture it required me to get each basket frame retapped in order to screw the baskets together. That's 20 retaps - at $2.00 each. Really, really disappointing.
I would really like to be reimbursed for that!
